How it works (in simple steps)
Free assessment (20–30 mins)
Gentle checks in the resident’s room or a quiet space—no pressure, at their pace.Personalised report + Mobility Score
Every resident gets a clear Mobility Score based on how they perform five simple tasks (sit-to-stand, grip, tandem stance, TUG, chair sit-and-reach). The score sums up strength, balance, walking and flexibility, and highlights what’s strong and what needs support.Optional coaching
If you choose to continue, we offer friendly 1-to-1 sessions (£49 / ~30 mins, paid by the resident/family) focused on the areas the report identifies.Review & progress
After 4–6 weeks, we recheck and update the Mobility Score so you can see real progress over time—celebrating wins and adjusting the plan as needed.
